Our private villa that is located in quiet hills of Tala, just above Paphos, offers us peaceful serenity and breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea.
With five bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and multiple indoor and outdoor areas, there’s room to gather, and just as importantly, room to retreat.
Each bedroom opens up to beautiful views, while the private pool and surrounding terraces create the perfect setting for slow mornings, beautiful sunsets, and everything in between.

The island of Cyprus is rooted in the Mediterranean culture and offers the perfect backdrop to look within and reconnect with the self.
The weather will be still warm and late-summery in early November with the private pool waiting and local pomegranates and grapes ready to be enjoyed. As the tourist season is fading, everything becomes a lot calmer, quieter, and more spacious. That means we get to experience the beaches, nature, and little charming villages without the heavy crowds — exactly the kind of atmosphere that allows us to slow down, soften and embrace the beauty this Mediterranean island has to offer.
Fun facts: Cyprus is the birthplace of Aphrodite (the goddess of love & beauty) and Halloumi cheese (🤤), people drive on the left side, speak Greek, use UK plugs and Euro currency, and there's lots and lots of crystal blue waters with breathtaking views all around the island.
So all you got to know for now is "Kalimera!" (good morning) and "Efharisto!" (thank you) and you're good to blend in like a true local ;)

Hi-ya love! Nice to meet you! Gerly here - your host and a certified & trauma-informed somatic coach who's fiercely passionate (no, truly) in guiding self-aware people (ahem, the deep-feeling baddies) back into their bodies.

Well, shortly put - somatic (aka body-based) work allows you to understand the deeper patterns behind your emotional responses and master your inner world from the root level up.
Learning to re-connect with the body and its wisdom has been hands down one of the coolest (and most healing) thing I've ever experienced.
...as an eldest sister and a neurospicy recovering overachiever, I've also studied nutrition, Reiki, mindset work, manifestation, different spiritual practices, psychedelic modalities, as well as been a fully licensed landscape architect (your girl is a cum laude civil engineer 💁♀️). Back in 2019 I did a whole 180° in my life, quit my job, started my own business, solo-traveled the world for 3 years, and I've now finally settled on a quiet island life. All that to say - it has allowed me to bring a wholesome and holistic approach not only to my way of seeing the world, but to healing.
I strongly believe that healing is a reclamation of joy, not only working through the heavy stuff. I hold space for the 'both/and' - meaning there is room for the full spectrum of you: the deep, messy emotional releases and the high-energy, playful celebrations.
Inside the KEHA retreat, I'll be creating a space that is deep, easeful, and down-to-earth (and a bit woo;)) — where you’re not pushed or overwhelmed, but guided to meet yourself in a way that feels supportive, safe, and grounded.

The easiest way to arrive to Cyprus is through the two airports we have here on the island:
PFO (Paphos International Airport) - approx 30 min away
LCA (Larnaca International Airport) - approx 1 h 45 min away
Note on transfers: To give you the flexibility to arrive early or stay late, airport transfers are not included. However, once you book your flights, you’ll be added to our dedicated group channel where we can coordinate everything travel related, share guidance, and keep each other updated. You’ll also receive my list of trusted transfer options to ensure a smooth, stress-free arrival.
You can choose between paying in full, in two installments, or go with a monthly payment plan.
To secure your spot, a €500 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance can then be paid according to your preferred option.
All payments are to be completed by the end of September 2026.
Please note: monthly payment plans have a 5% processing fee applied to the total price.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else, subject to approval to ensure the retreat remains a good fit for everyone involved.
Because this retreat is intentionally kept small and each place is carefully reserved, all payments are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of needing to cover unexpected circumstances or emergencies.
Somatic work is a body-based approach to healing. Instead of only talking or thinking things through, it works directly with the body, where stress, emotions, and past experiences are actually held and stored.
Through guided somatic practices you’ll begin to release any tension or suppressed emotions that the body still holds onto, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your whole self in a way that feels safe and natural.
You don’t necessarily need any prior experience. You’re guided every step of the way, and you’re always free to move at your own pace.

The short answer: you are welcomed just as you are.
However, our journey together starts well before you arrive to Cyprus. To help you feeling grounded and ready, you are provided:
• 1:1 Connection Call: A private call with Gerly to ensure you feel supported and ready to drop into the somatic work.
• Pre-Retreat Orientation Call: A group session to get acquainted, align our intentions, and answer any remaining questions.
• Preparation Guide & A Private Group Chat: A detailed checklist will be sent on your way, ensuring you have packed exactly what you need. The weather in early November will be still nice and warm - so expect to enjoy the sunshine without the extra sweat and heat ;) A private group chat will also be created prior to the retreat, giving you the space to receive updates, ask questions, and feel supported before arriving.
• Post-Retreat Integration Call: We meet again in a follow-up group session after the retreat to support you anchoring your insights and experiences back into your everyday life.
