KEHA Somatic Retreat: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to your journey with KEHA Somatic Retreat. We are honored to hold this space for you. To ensure that everyone - you, your fellow participants, and the whole team - can relax and focus on the work, we have outlined these terms below. By booking your spot, you are agreeing to these conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

To secure your place in our intimate somatic retreat, a €500 non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Payment Options: You may choose to pay in full, in two installments, or via monthly payment plan.

  • Processing Fees: Please note that monthly payment plans will include a 5% processing fee.

  • Final Balance: All payments must be completed in full by October 2nd, 2026.

2. Cancellation & Transfers

Because this retreat is intentionally kept small to ensure personalized support, all payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person, provided they go through an application/fit check to ensure the retreat remains a safe and aligned environment for all guests.

3. Travel & Insurance

We strongly encourage you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, travel delays, and medical emergencies. KEHA Somatic Retreat is not responsible for any personal travel costs, flight disruptions, or personal emergencies that may prevent you from attending.

4. Somatic Work, Health & Informed Consent

  • Nature of Work: Our sessions involve trauma-informed somatic processing and inner child work. While we strive to create a safe, confidential, and supportive container, please understand that every individual's experience is unique. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or depths of experience.

  • Not Medical Advice: Somatic coaching is a complementary practice. It is not a substitute for clinical psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis, or psychological therapy. By booking, you agree to disclose any current mental health conditions, medications you are taking, and whether you are currently under the care of a mental health professional. We ask that you consult with your medical team before participating. This information will also be collected via Participant Intake Form provided upon booking.

5. Responsibility, Health & Safety

  • Shared Responsibility: Your safety is a shared responsibility. While we facilitate all activities, guests are encouraged to use their own discretion and common sense during hiking, boat trips, and pool time. Upon arrival, you will be provided with an "Emergency & Support Information" sheet, which includes all local emergency contacts and direct contact details for your retreat host.

  • Activities: Our retreat includes various physical and sensory experiences, such as yoga, somatic movement, ecstatic dance, hiking, pottery, and animal-assisted activities. We invite you to participate in these activities at your own pace and comfort level. By joining, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical safety and well-being, and you agree to engage in these practices with care and awareness of your own physical limits. You acknowledge that activities involving animals (such as Puppy Yoga) carry inherent, unpredictable risks (e.g., minor scratches or nips) and you agree to participate in all retreat activities at your own risk.

  • Dietary Needs: We aim to nourish everyone! As part of your Participant Intake Form, we will ask for your specific dietary requirements and allergies. Please submit this at least 30 days before arrival so we can do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.

6. Media & Photography

We love capturing the magic of our journey, both for your personal memories and for our marketing purposes. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the week. We prioritize your comfort above all else: if there are specific moments where you prefer not to be captured, or if you prefer we avoid your face in marketing content, please simply let us know during the retreat. We are committed to honoring your privacy while still celebrating our shared experience.

7. Force Majeure & Rescheduling

KEHA Somatic Retreat is not liable for failures to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to "Acts of God" (extreme weather, natural disasters, island-wide travel disruptions, or government restrictions). In the event that we must cancel or significantly postpone the retreat due to such circumstances, we will provide you with a credit for the full value of your paid balance to be used for a future KEHA Somatic Retreat or similar offering, ensuring you do not lose your investment.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, the jurisdiction of our registered company, SOULSPARK OÜ, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where the services are performed (Cyprus). Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
